Tone of Voice: Introduced a confident, friendly copy style that struck a balance between artisan pride and everyday approachability.
Retail Graphics: Created storefront and A-board visuals to increase walk-in traffic, using bold signage and sharp messaging to stand out on the high street.
Merchandise: Designed branded tote bags as a sustainable giveaway – helping to spread the brand while encouraging loyalty.
